Welcome to 89 & Ivy Wellness, a faith-based massage and wellness practice located in Bentonville, Arkansas. I provide professional, therapeutic massage services as listed on my website. By booking an appointment or using my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Appointments

Appointments may be booked online or by calling me directly. All available services are clearly listed on my website and are provided within the scope of Arkansas state laws and professional licensing standards.

If you arrive requesting a different service than what was booked, and that service is not available or appropriate for the scheduled time, it may be treated as a last-minute cancellation and will be subject to my cancellation policy.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect my time and allow for proper scheduling:

• 1-hour and 90-minute appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

• 2-hour appointments must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance.

Cancellations are only accepted via phone call or text. Cancellations by email, social media, or changes made online are not accepted.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

3. Minors

Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present during the session. A signed Minor Consent Form is required before services can be provided.

4. Gift Cards

Although I no longer sell gift cards, any existing gift cards may still be redeemed before their expiration date. Gift cards:

• Are not redeemable for cash

• Cannot be refunded

• Have no value after their expiration date

5. Code of Conduct

I maintain a professional, respectful, and faith-based environment. Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior—including harassment, intoxication, or solicitation—will result in immediate termination of the session, full charges applied, and denial of future services.

6. Health & Safety

By booking a session, you confirm that you’ve shared any relevant health concerns and understand the nature of massage therapy. It’s your responsibility to notify me of any changes in your health prior to your appointment.

7. Privacy

I take your privacy seriously. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. Any information you provide is used solely for scheduling, communication, and providing massage services.
